Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with a local technology company in searching for a Sourcing Coordinator to assist their team. The Sourcing Coordinator assists with managing and coordinating the procurement of materials, components, supplies, equipment and services at the most favorable costs and terms consistent with stands of quality and schedules. Identify and foster relationships with vendor partners nationwide. This full-time, temporary onsite position is expected to last through 3/31/2025, possibly longer or be hired on, and will operate Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with competitively sourcing all materials, supplies and labor services as required at the lowest cost benefit, meeting requirements for quality, quantity and availability.
  • Secure and maintain vendor partner agreements.
  • Secure and maintain vendor insurance documentation.
  • Secure and maintain vendor low voltage state licensing.
  • Schedule and facilitate vendor visits.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly vendor management update.
  • Secure and maintain vendor labor and travel rate records.
  • Provide vendors with portal access and trouble shoot portal issues.
  • Maintain a professional business relationship with vendors.
  • Apply and adhere to the Quality Systems and processes that allow the delivery of quality. products and services to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist with the screening and entry of equipment invoices pursuing invoice adjustments when necessary.
  • Prepare and ship I.D Badging for field technicians, requesting appropriate documentation when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to write business correspondence and to communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
  • Proven ability to effectively work in a team oriented, non-confrontational environment, with vendors and all other departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills that include the ability to concentrate in a busy environment and stay on task.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Google drive, Google, docs and Google Sheets.
  • Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check upon accepted job offer.
