The QTI Group is partnering with EuroPharma to hire a National Sales Director who is passionate about health, nutrition, and wellness, with a strong commitment to promoting these values while driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams. The National Sales Director will be responsible for all independent health food store sales including, key/national accounts, inside sales, outside sales, and customer service. This leader must have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work seamlessly in a team environment with proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide direct report toward achieving specific sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Organizational Leadership
- Evaluate the organizational structure and performance of the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance team effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to align strategies, maintain brand consistency, and drive sales growth.
- Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, market developments, and product innovations within the supplements sector.
- Research and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide detailed updates on project activities and progress during quarterly reviews to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures to maintain compliance and support organizational objectives.
- Sales Leadership & Development
- Establish and monitor sales targets for teams to drive performance and support the company’s strategic vision.
- Identify and implement process improvements in sales administration to enhance efficiency and support sales team performance.
- Manage and coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to inform strategic planning and guide decision-making.
- Drive new account acquisition and business development efforts to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- People Leadership & Team Development
- Promote and nurture a culture of open, transparent communication to strengthen team collaboration.
- Lead the development of the sales team by identifying skill gaps, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Inspire team growth, improve performance, and ensure that team members are equipped to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas for new products.
- Ensure regular communication of promotional goals and new product launches to both onsite and remote employees at least once a month to keep the team aligned and informed.
- Operational Leadership
- Oversee the sales team to achieve sales revenue targets, drive performance, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including approving changes, directing daily activities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field).
- 8-10 years of proven experience in Sales Management, demonstrating a track record of success and effectiveness in driving sales performance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, with a strong ability to optimize each stage for maximum effectiveness.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience utilizing a CRM system for customer notes, placing orders, returns, and overall territory management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Preferred knowledge of health food retail operations, including product selection, promotional strategies, and an understanding of the competitive landscape.
Location/Work Environment: Headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin, this is an onsite position.
