The QTI Group has partnered with a full-service safety supply company to find a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their team. This unique role combines customer service duties with the opportunity to gradually take on more marketing responsibilities as you become familiar with the company and its operations. If you're a self-starter with a bubbly personality, high energy, and a passion for learning, this is an exciting opportunity for you to grow within the company!

The position is temp-to-hire and will be full-time onsite Monday-Friday with flexible hours between 7am-5pm. Pay starts at $20/hr. based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with customer service tasks such as answering phones, taking notes, and providing support to customers.
  • Help with order processing, product inquiries, and other customer-facing duties.
  • Begin transitioning into marketing duties, including drafting spec sheets, updating digital content, and assisting with internal marketing efforts.
  • Learn the company’s products, services, and customer base to become a key player in marketing the company’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company culture and operations to tell the company’s story to external audiences.
  • Participate in creating and managing digital content and marketing campaigns as your role evolves.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support roles, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Enthusiastic and bubbly personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges as the role evolves.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and marketing tools is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in growing into a marketing role and helping the company thrive in both customer service and marketing functions.
