Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Install, modify, and maintain production machines and equipment as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize production disruption.
- Perform diagnostic testing, calibrations, and repairs on automated systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment replacements.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
- Ensure that all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to improve equipment reliability and production processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Commitment to safety and following industry regulations.
