Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Install, modify, and maintain production machines and equipment as required.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize production disruption.
  • Perform diagnostic testing, calibrations, and repairs on automated systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment replacements.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
  • Ensure that all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to improve equipment reliability and production processes.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
  • Commitment to safety and following industry regulations.
