Summary:
Our company in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finishing Associate to join their production team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the final stages of our printing process, ensuring that all printed materials meet our high-quality standards.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 6 pm - 6 am
Pay rate: $18.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain finishing equipment, including cutting, folding, and binding machines
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and customer requirements
- Assist in setting up jobs and changing over equipment for different projects
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production deadlines
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on finishing equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
