Summary:
Are you a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude? We’re seeking a dependable Maintenance TechnicianS to take on a variety of maintenance responsibilities at apartment communities throughout the Madison area.
Pay: $25 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (1st Shift)
On-Call: One week per month with a $250 bonus for that week

Responsibilities:
- Check in with the Property Manager daily
- Handle repairs and service requests efficiently and professionally
- Maintain clean and well-kept grounds (interior & exterior)
- Purchasing and stocking necessary parts and supplies
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
- Prep apartments for new residents
- Work with contractors and vendors as needed
- Assist with snow removal when necessary
Qualifications::
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed
- Experience with basic HVAC and appliance repair (CPO certification is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
