Summary
The QTI Group is partnering with a SAAS-based technology company to hire a Chief Sales Officer (CSO). You will elevate sales strategy and lead a high performing sales team to drive fast revenue growth and market expansion.

Location: Although this is a remote role, there is a strong preference that this candidate is already located in Wisconsin, Illinois or Minnesota

Compensation: $140,000 base + uncapped bonus ($210k at goal) + stock options (equity)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with business goals, drives market expansion, and optimizes existing revenue streams.
  • Drive significant revenue growth by optimizing sales pipeline, new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels to enhance sales velocity and fuel fast growth.
  • Lead a world-class sales team with a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to ensure consistent revenue achievement.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and high-value prospects.
  • Leverage market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Oversee and optimize sales operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish effective sales reporting systems and dashboards to track performance and key metrics.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of and network in healthcare, home care, or childcare industries highly preferred
  • Must have experience driving sales in a SaaS-based tech, high growth, highly competitive market, preferably in the above industries (healthcare, home care or childcare).
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, scaling sales teams, and leading sales strategy.
  • Experience scaling a high-growth company through successful exit preferred, preferably scaling a company
  • Experience with rolling out or growing an embedded payments strategy within a SaaS platform preferred
  • Expertise in CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
