Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with a credit union organization seeking to hire a full-time temporary Administrative Assistant to assist with conference preparation through the March 2025. The Administrative Assistant will assist with sponsorship and exhibit space-related projects. This temporary position is on-site located on the west side of Madison. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay is $22+/Hour.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with sponsorship and exhibit space for an upcoming conference.
  • Assist with logistics and implementation for conference sponsors/exhibitors including invoicing, registration, and tracking of attendees.
  • Ensure all necessary logos, badges, and items are submitted by sponsors.
  • Coordinate updating of sponsor information on conference-related materials including the website, on-site signage, and the conference app.
  • Help monitor and respond to vendor inquiries for 32 annual conferences.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work on tasks independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of administrative assistant experience required.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating conferences/events required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
