The QTI Group is partnering with Resonant Capital Advisors to hire an experienced and detail-oriented professional to serve as Accounting Manager and Family Office Coordinator. Resonant is a privately held, innovative, and growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm that provides planning, investment, and advisory services to individual and institutional clients.

Reporting to the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting Manager and Family Office Coordinator is a dual role that will assist internal Accounting and Family Office service teams, interfacing with internally with firm management and officers and externally with clients. The person will maintain compliant processes and procedures within organizational and regulatory requirements.

Accounting Manager: Work directly with the CFO and internal colleagues to support accounting reporting and administration in the areas of insurance, human resources and insurance, including:
  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
  • Manage professional insurance renewal process.
  • Coordinate HR and payroll activities, including bonus calculations.
  • Manage 401(k) contributions, reporting and annual audit.

Family Office Coordinator: Assist in the expansion of Resonant’s Family Office service offerings, including expansion of accounting, and reporting services for a subset of the firm’s high net worth clients. You will:
  • Handle client QuickBooks accounting – analysis and consolidation of external financial information.
  • Work with customized Addepar reporting and individual family office client balance sheet preparation.
  • Track and administer client’s entity notes.
  • Quarterly billing audit.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Demonstrated understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Experience interfacing with clients, including high net worth clients, their external advisors, family members and Resonant colleagues.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptionally high level of client service and communication.
  • Self-motivated and highly competent in a fast-paced environment and able to balance multiple tasks.

Location: In-office – Downtown Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation and Benefits: Resonant offers a competitive base salary plus annual bonus opportunity.
