Natalie Thorpe

Natalie Thorpe is the Director of Employee Experience for The QTI Group. Natalie is dedicated to increasing efficiency and enhancing internal workflows and programs to provide a highly engaging employment experience so our QTI team can bring their best to work every day. With 12+ years of human resources experience, Natalie’s areas of expertise include training and development, project management, onboarding, process improvement, and account management.

Natalie is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and earned a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
