The QTI Group is partnering with a growing food manufacturer in Mayville to hire their next Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities including preparing statements, analyzing budgets, and conducting financial audits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple facilities
- Develop and maintain accurate financial reporting, preparing year-end audit reports
- Develop financial forecast to assist the leadership team in strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with AP/AR accountants on staff to ensure timely payments are made
- Development and analysis of yearly budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role, cost accounting experience a plus
- 2+ years of ERP experience
- Experience with food manufacturing preferred
- CPA certification desired
