Summary:
Looking for a full-time work in the Fond Du Lac area? We have a job for you! We are recruiting for Sanitation workers on 2nd shift. Once you have completed your probationary period, you will gain access to the company’s on-site wellness center, tuition reimbursement, and more!
- Hours: Monday - Saturday, 4-10 hour shifts with (2) rotating days off, 5:30pm - 4:00am
- Pay: $20.80 per hour plus Shift differentials:
- $2.25 Shift Premium for any hours worked Saturday 12:01am—Sunday 11:59pm
- $3.00 Shift premium for hours worked 6pm-6am
- Once hired on your will be eligible for $500 sign on bonus and then $1000 after 90 days in a retention bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sanitation of all production equipment in all areas of the facility.
- Dismantle, clean, scrub, foam, power wash & rinse, sanitize, de-scale, de-mineralize, and re-assembly of equipment.
- General sanitation of the work area by cleaning walls, floors, windows, sinks, scales, drains, footbaths, and electrical panels to keep areas free from bacteria, molds, yeast and spores.
- General janitorial duties
- Follow all SAFETY (food and workplace) policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of (3) years of related work experience and/or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
- Basic math, reading and writing skills
- Ability to follow instructions, policies & procedures in written, verbal or diagram form
