Summary:
We’re excited to partner with a respected real estate organization in search of a detail-oriented and service-driven Professional Development Representative to join their team! In this role based in Madison, WI, you’ll play a vital part in supporting students and members by managing inquiries, guiding online course participants, and helping deliver high-quality professional development experiences. Pay is $40,000 or more per year based on experience and competitive benefits are available when hired on.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to students and REALTOR® members via phone, email, voicemail, chatbot, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage event registrations, product orders, and general inquiries using membership software.
  • Onboard new students and provide ongoing support to ensure success in online courses.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Zoom and course platforms.
  • Follow up with students post-course to gather feedback and offer continued learning opportunities.
  • Clarify course requirements, timelines, and available resources for students.
  • Identify and escalate common student challenges to improve the learning experience.
  • Assist with launching and promoting new courses and training offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Real estate knowledge or background is a plus.
