The QTI Group is searching for a Production Supervisor to join the team of a local plastics manufacturer on 2nd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to help drive production goals, maintain safety and quality standards, and support team development—all within a positive, collaborative environment. The company offers a modern facility, a Monday–Thursday work schedule, and a strong benefits package.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday
- 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
Compensation:
- Starting at $30.00/hour, with overtime eligibility
- Compensation based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations on the production floor
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure production goals are met
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, compliant work environment
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and warehouse departments to support smooth operations
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Assist in hiring decisions and help shape a strong production team culture
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Injection molding knowledge helpful
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working on the floor as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
