A company in the Sussex, WI area is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians! This is a DIRECT HIRE role on a 2-2-3 rotation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of mechanical/electrical experience and prior working experience in a FDA regulated facility.
- 5:45pm - 6:00am
- 2-2-3 rotation
- Pay up to $39.00/hr (based on experience)
- Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Performing assigned maintenance tasks as well as machine breakdown tasks to ensure continuous production.
- Reading blueprints, instruction manuals, and mechanical drawings. of all quality control tests and tasks
- Reworking and rebuilding mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480 volt 3 phase system to include blown fuses, repairing and rewiring motors, under qualified supervision.
- Set up and operate all types of production equipment and machine tools such as, but not limited to, lathes, mills, welder, make or rework required machine parts.
- Perform basic PLC troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years' experience as a mechanical/electrical electrician
- 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment - preferred
