We are currently seeking skilled industrial maintenance technicians to join the team at a locally owned manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of production machinery and equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. These are DIRECT HIRE opportunities, with openings on 1st and 2nd shift. Compensation starts at $25.00/hour, with consideration of experience level. Full benefits available!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components
- Utilize hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
- Follow maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance issues and support production goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- Vocational or technical training in industrial maintenance or related coursework is preferred.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
