Summary:
Our client in the greater Madison area is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead their Account Management team and deliver outstanding service to their U.S.-based customers. This role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management, supporting day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement.
This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay is $65,000 or more per year based on experience and competitive benefits are available.
Responsibilities:
Our client in the greater Madison area is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead their Account Management team and deliver outstanding service to their U.S.-based customers. This role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management, supporting day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Customer Experience staff, including training, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.
- Provide training to team members both one-on-one and in groups.
- Review and ensure accuracy of daily orders and quotes.
- Assist team members with complex customer inquiries, orders, and quotes.
- Monitor order entry flow and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Participate in company quality, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, sales or sales support
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail; familiarity with the power transmission industry highly preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Effective leadership, problem-solving, and training capabilities
- Ability to occasionally travel to satellite sites and customer locations
