Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with a billing services company that assists automotive service centers across North America. They are seeking a Collections Representative to join their team. This temp-to-hire position is on-site located in Middleton. It offers a schedule with Monday-Friday full-time hours between 8am-6pm. Pay starts at $19/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and managing customer (business) accounts to identify past due accounts, determining actions taken and next steps to resolve.
- Researching and answering customer service questions regarding invoice and payment status.
- Contacting past due customers via phone and email to obtain payment.
- Following up with internal and external clients regarding account status.
- Identifying problem accounts to be escalated to leadership for further action.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts to find a resolution.
- Communicating any issues that may be relevant to the company or client.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
