Summary:
We’ve partnered with a local bank to hire a full-time, direct hire Bank Facilities & Security Technician. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in video management systems, access control, and fire alarms, along with general facility maintenance. You'll support IT, maintain NVR/security systems, and handle day-to-day repairs across multiple bank locations. This in-office position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and offers a starting salary of $55K+, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and support video management systems, fire alarms, access controls, and banking equipment (e.g., drawers, vaults, audio/video systems, and keyways).
  • Perform electrical wiring, CAT6 cabling, and general locksmith tasks, including servicing NVR/security systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair components of banking and security equipment as needed.
  • Address and prioritize facility-related issues; perform light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs (e.g., drywall, painting, door hardware).
  • Implement and maintain facility and information system security protocols; conduct inspections to ensure compliance and system functionality.
  • Monitor access to secure areas, safeguarding confidential and restricted spaces.
  • Coordinate with IT to integrate physical security systems with network infrastructure.
  • Support other maintenance and operational needs as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience maintaining access control systems and performing general maintenance.
  • Knowledge with bank safes and safe deposit boxes.
  • Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Lifting of 50 pounds.
